It was a big weekend for the DN. Friday morning Dave and the dogs -- both dogs -- drove to Chicago to meet Laura and Charlie. The entire DN stayed in a fancy hotel right on Michigan Ave. For some, the best part of a fancy hotel is the fancy soaps and lotions or the magic fingers massaging beds. For dogs, the best part is the limited amount of out-of-dog-reach counterspace and how much closer that brings them to chewing nirvana. This is just the beginning of course. The DN also went to a baby shower thrown for us by the Huntington side of the family (thank you so much Mom & Ellen!) and we celebrated Christmas with the Huntingtons. But that's not all, we also made sure to see good friends La Image and David & Andy (and Mickey). More posts on all of this soon.
