First, for reference Tilly was a skunk (or perhaps more appropriately that unfortunate black cat from the Pepe Le Pue cartoons) and Fido was a butterfly. Tilly's skunk costume did not work quite as well as we had hoped, although by the end of the night she did look vaguely like a silver-backed gorilla. So, I am also including a behind-the-scenes shot of the making of her costume.
